My account has been verified for a long time. I played a little at the casino and bet on sports. Everything was fine for two months, but as soon as I won money, they started talking about some kind of investigation.

For the first week, they talked about the finance department and how they needed to review my withdrawal request.

A week later, they said something about some technical team, and I'm waiting for a response from them.

Two weeks later, they started saying they were reviewing my bets.

I think they're just making up an excuse not to pay!

Support says there's been no response from the team, and there's no deadline for a review either!

Yes, of course, I have ideas. I started winning. I can't find any other explanation, since there's been no official response for a month as to why my withdrawal is being delayed.

A month is quite a long time. And at any other decent casino, the issue would have been resolved by now. But they simply ignore me and keep repeating the same thing: there's no response from the technical team.
