2. Nagad confirms that no payment was initiated towards my wallet.



3. This indicates that the platform is misleading users by showing false payment status without actually sending money.




My Request:


I request the licensing authority and regulatory body to:


Immediately investigate this fraudulent activity.


Ensure my withdrawal amount is credited to my account without further delay.


Take strict action against the operator to protect players from such scams.



I am attaching screenshots of the "Withdrawal Success" message from their website and proof from Nagad wallet that no money has been received.


I hope you will treat this matter with urgency.

It would be great if you could answer my questions. You don't have to write it as if you were writing an email, just a normal post.

Since the casino shows the withdrawal as completed, I would try to work with that. If you chose a bank transfer, it may take some time, so be patient. 

In addition, you mention a license. Did you file a complaint there?

We will try to help you first, and if that doesn't work, you can try the licensing authority.
