I had the exact same experience with Astrozino.
My account was fully KYC verified.
I never accepted any bonuses.
I made several deposits and only played live sports betting.
As soon as I won (over €3,200) and requested a withdrawal, they cancelled it and confiscated my entire balance.
Their only response was "decision is final" without providing any proof of T&C violation.
This casino seems to follow a pattern where they take players’ money once they win. Everyone should avoid Astrozino!!

I’ve been scammed by astrozino online casino. I won 11400$ fair and square. In order not to pay out they told me that I contravened their t and c’s by providing fake documentation for verification, that I manipulated games and bonuses and disguised my identity. All of these things are False. I never did that nor do I know how. So they immediately removed all my winnings. They basically stole what was won fairly but they won’t reply when I asked them a thousand times to prove what they were claiming.

Happened to me as well. I got 11100 confiscated and I did nothing wrong. My account was fully verified. They have done this to so many as I’ve read in many reviews in a variety of places. I can’t believe they are not being shut down. Clearly they are crooks.

Astrozino ist der größte Betrüger überhaupt. Mein Konto war verifiziert und hatte mehrere Tage lang Guthaben. Als es dann endlich wuchs, dachte ich, es wäre Zeit, meine Auszahlungen zu beantragen. 24 Stunden später kam eine lange E-Mail, dass mein Geld auf null reduziert worden war und nur noch 105 Euro auf meinem Konto waren. Dann waren sie verschwunden.
Sie beschwerten sich über das VPN, sie beschwerten sich über die Fälschung meiner Dokumentation.
Ganz ehrlich, wenn du kämpfen willst, nur zu, aber du wirst nicht gewinnen. Ich habe mich an verschiedene Wettseiten wie Casinoguru gewandt; einige haben versucht, mir zu helfen, aber keiner hat es geschafft.
Mein bester Rat ist, aufzugeben, mit dem Wetten aufzuhören und stattdessen deine Lebensziele zu verfolgen.

I did try every avenue I could. They didnt reply and so casinoguru closed the case and all they get is a negative review. This is much more than that. They are stealing. I got the same excuses for taking my winnings as you did. I also got that their decision is final. My question is, how is it possible with so many complaints, they are still operating and no one shuts them down? I even filed a complaint with the entity that give the licence but got no reply. Es gibt da so viele Schlupflöcher, die bedeuten, dass sie mit den Spielern machen können, was sie wollen, und damit durchkommen. Ihre Glücksspiellizenz ist eine der schlechtesten. Große Anbieter haben seriöse Lizenzen, und es ist schwieriger, Spieler abzuzocken. Am besten akzeptiert man den Verlust und macht weiter. Leider haben sie mir auch geschadet!
Leider kommen sie damit immer noch durch und niemand wird Astrozino stoppen. Immer mehr Spieler werden sich ihnen anschließen und alle neuen Spieler regelrecht überflügeln.
Ich habe sie losgelassen, aber glaubt mir, die Kamera existiert und sie werden eines Tages dort landen.
