hello. they blocked my account to verify my identity, I sent a photo of my ID, verification passed, they didn't unblock the account, and now they sent me an email with the following content: Dear customer, please provide us with photos of the document, that confirms that you do not have gambling addiction.
The document must be verified by a medical specialist's signature and stamp of the medical facility. where can I get such a document? can it be in my native language or Polish? I have a lot of cash in my account to withdraw, is there any way to make them withdraw this cash without such verification? is it about a certificate from a psychiatrist with addiction specialization and no gambling addiction?
