this reason is good enough and that would be better if can start KYC process before requesting withdraw.because for me,for example ,a lot of casinos didnt accept my id documents coz needs translation etc

I actually believe you could ask the casino to do the KYC right after registration and maybe explain that you faced some issues in past due to the language on your document and honestly, it could be simply because you come from Iran, which may be a restricted country for many casinos.
If they refuse to do the KYC and tell you to keep playing until they ask you for the KYC, then I wouldn't even start playing there. It's not worth the risk.
