I have always been a loyal player of Viperspin, as of recent I won $75000 over a course of a few day and on Tuesday when I asked for a withdrawal increase they sent me an email asking for my relationship with the name Kobe who is my brother which I explained to them.


they then began to tell me deposits had been made with my account using my cards apparently without the knowledge of my brother using my account and are now accusing me of fraud for this matter.


they have also assumed that I have allowed my brother to then gamble on my personal account and other linked accounts which I don’t even know of when I have never given my brother access or had any knowledge of this and due to this Viperspin have closed my account and taken away my $75000 from the money in which I have deposited weeks prior to this.


i feel that this is completely unfair and am not given an fair decision upon this as I have never been aware of this and was never told of this prior of me winning this but they allowed me to deposit thousands and thousands or dollars into the account before making this situation apparent.


have I done anything wrong here or am I being mistreated and unfairly done by ?

There is one thing I can't fully understand if your brother has used the same card, how come you have not found out on your own? I mean, every time I use my card, I need to verify the transaction, and I'm also getting a notification from the bank instantly.

How does it work with this particular card, please?

i have reason to believe that due to the fact my laptop is connected to my phone verification codes are sent to my laptop which gave him access, I can’t comprehend to think that people think I’m allowing my brother to gamble my money and they have allowed it to happen clearly and have only decided to bring it up to my attention now I have a big win

petty and pathetic use of such a high grade security system

I'm sorry to say that, but those security measures are specifically designed to restrict someone else from using your banking data or cards. You should never allow anyone else to have access.

I believe the rest was clarified in the complaint:

As explained though, our system did not flag the deposit until a few weeks back in that time your account was verified and of course as always we were paying out your withdrawals. However once you've had your larger win, security has looked over your account and can see your card being used 20+ different times.

If you ask me, it is your responsibility to keep your payment options secured to avoid such trouble.

Also, I'm not convinced the main issue lies in the opinion that you might let your player gamble on your behalf.
