Hi- two out of three of my banks have submitted a chargeback for me . The third is arguing it but hopefully they will to. I have lots of evidence showing that I asked to be self excluded 8 times- telling them I was an addict- all in emails- replies form them offering me bonuses instead. Clearly breaking their terms and conditions. All the transactions happened after my first close if account / telling them I’m an addict. What are my chances please? It’s an unlicensed casino.
