I was sent an email to join a casino and I deposited mbtc there. I realized after they let me into the casino that it was out of my justification. The site usually would let you know but this one didn't. Can you help me get my funds back?

Yeah, it surely should be blocked by software, but unfortunately it doesn't work this way all the time.
Is it written in the terms that your country is prohibited, though?
Could you please write the name of this casino so our complaint team can have a look at it?

I mean I asked them nicely did a refund immediately after my deposit;and explained that I received numerous amounts of invitational emails asking to join their casino. That's almost entrapment. Please help!! https://win.casino/en-au/support

I can see that we don't have this one in our database yet, so our data team will check it out.
In the meantime, though, you still can submit a complaint; just when submitting, choose the option that the casino is not on our list.
