Initiated a withdrawal of $5000

after 72 hours - $5000 is back in my account . Attempted to withdraw again and I noticed again that maximum withdrawal was put into $1000. This wasn’t in there terms and conditions

Hi, I read about your problem. As for the casino cancelling your withdrawal and allowing you to withdraw only 1000 instead of 5000, did they tell you why ? I'm asking if the casino explained if they have a withdrawal limit. 

Regarding your withdrawal, we give casinos 14 days to resolve this process, so it's not too long yet. Could you let me know how things are going and if you have managed to withdraw the 1000 you mentioned so far ?

My understanding is that they are very upset

I deposited a small amount

it must have been less than $50

These guys are not stupid

what want now is to frustrate me so that I can cancel withdrawal and use it again end up with nothing

they have done that many times

Thats why I never deposited any huge amount with them.

since then, no one responded regarding restrictions on maximum withdrawals - I initiated withdrawal of $1000 x4 plus $999 separately

I know they are going to return whole amount and ask me to request me to do a single amount of $4999 instead

Frankly, this is hard to prove, the casino can always say they're experiencing a delay. Even though I'd say this opinion might be considered healthy, in order to keep your balance untouched.

I was restricted on Pokiez their sister company to maximum $1 per bet. I won a 9k in less than 10 minutes- a deposit $30

I understand, but we will have to wait for the complaint and its resolution. 

However, I think that if you manage to withdraw money, you better not come back to this group of casinos, since you say that you were restrcited on the sister site.

Hi, I understand that this is not a pleasant situation. However, I suggest you definitely don't grab the money and play with it and leave the withdrawal. If you cancelled it, it could take even longer. 

Anyway, are you still communicating with the casino ? Have you tried asking why you still don't have your money?
