Hey is anyone else having the same problem? I had cashed put 10000 on jokaroom vip. Have previously had no problems withdrawing from this casino. However this time, they have told me that they have put a hold on the withdrawal as they have found an issue with the game I won on so are awaiting feedback from the job game provider as there are apparently over 100 other customers who have tried to withdraw from this game. Its been 72 hours since I have requested this withdrawal. Any had a similar experience what will the outcome be? Like it isn't my fault if something was wrong with the game, I made a deposit, wagered through and fairly won the funds. I am a VIP member so have been a customer for ages and make a heap of deposits.

I will not speculate about the result now, would be best to wait for the update from the casino. Such an investigation is quite normal in this situation.
