Dear all members

I have debts with evidence and documents due to excessive gambling addiction. I lost $47,400 in my account. After that, I opened another account and also lost $16,800, which I borrowed from someone. I also opened an account in my brother's name with the same home address, and Stake successfully verified the ID card and did not close the account, allowing me to bet again. They did not protect me from my addiction. I have documents and evidence that I cannot share here. How can I recover only the $16,800 from the last account due to Stake's failure to protect gambling addicts ?

  • I have a trial on 2024/09/04. I will go to jail if I don't pay my debts. What is the way to save my life?

Hi, if the casino had a notice that you are a gambling addict and you had a closed account because of that and you managed to open a new one with your ID, then I think there is a problem. But if you opened an account in your brother's name and all the documents were his, then I'm not sure we would be able to help you. Could you tell me how it was and what your situation is ?

Hello

I sent videos of my critical condition due to addiction, as well as photos and emails that confirm the severity of my situation, which is the highest degree of gambling addiction that has destroyed my life. After that, I borrowed money from a colleague and sold my car to recover the losses from my first account, which amounted to $47,400. On 2023/03/20, I was on the verge of committing suicide. Then I created an account in my brother's name with the same home address as my first account. Stake verified my brother's ID, which has the same last name. It’s truly unbelievable that they couldn’t recognize me when I registered using my brother’s account, with the same last name, the same home address registered on both accounts, the same computer, and the same payment wallet. All of these matching details, and they failed to identify me? This has destroyed my life, and I now face a trial on 2024/09/04 due to the debts I’ve incurred. I have all the necessary documents and evidence, yet you choose to side with the casino and refuse to accept my complaint, even though I have provided ample proof. Your site fails to protect vulnerable players from gambling addiction and, in doing so, contributes to the destruction of lives, just as it has with mine.

So I don't think it's quite as you say. Unfortunately multiple accounts is a common thing for which accounts are blocked and you have committed this violation. In this case there was no way to help and the casino might not have seen that there were matches right away if you didn't go through verification right away. Especially when you said you used your brother's ID. 

I understand that you are sad and it is not pleasant, but in cases like this I recommend seeking help so that it doesn't go any further. 😕

I filed a complaint with you and you refused to help me. All evidence confirms my right to recover losses from a second account. Failure to take measures to protect gambling addicts. Well I can only see one attempt at a complaint and there it was clearly explained why it was rejected. I don't know how much more we could help you. What I can think of is that you could try the regulator and therefore the license, but I don't think that will work either.

What you are going through hurts, I extend sympathy. Suicide is never an option mate, please talk to someone. Surviving they say is winning.


Now to casinoguru, in his words;

And I second that the casino knew and failed to protect him, casinos have accused and closed accounts for far less, but in his case they didn’t, it’ll be a conflict of interests for them thus. They should be held liable and accountable bearing in mind that country laws and constitutions supersedes that of any casino.

The same energy and aura put into fishing out users violating their t&c’s or users "winning" should be doubled and put into fishing out problem gamblers. But then, who are we kidding.

The problem is that I also opened an account in my brother's name with the same last name, same house number, and same city and address. Yet, they did not close the account. There is absolutely no protection for addicts. I have a case due to the debts I lost on Stake, and I sent them the court papers, but received no response. Even Casino Guru refuses to accept my complaint, despite the evidence. They stand with the casino and support them.

Hier in Germany hat sich eine sehr gute Freundin 125.000 Euro mit Hilfe von "wir holen dein Geld" zurückgeholt ...
