After waiting 3 weeks for an initial withdrawal or 2500nzd, and being told of issues with the payment provider, the funds were returned to my casino account , and I was asked to apply for a bank transfer rather than bank card transfer, I was told the funds were sent on the 15/4/2022, it is now 25/4/2022, and apparently another problem with the payment provider.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I've checked complaints accumulated against the IceCasino and most of those are about delayed payment. All of these were solved as resolved and players got the winnings - in the end.

Can't comment on opened cases at the moment but I'd say that there is a good chance that you will get your winnings too, it just needs t be persistent and patient because most of the solved complaints were handled by the casino itself. Before we even contacted them on behalf of the players.

I agree that 3 weeks are far too much though. 🤨

I won at casino 3500€ 4weeks ago.

Send all documentation what they ask ,Everything,and trie to make a withdrawal, finally my KYC was not accepted, and they just blocked my account.

I trie to contact them with email, always I get same answer, to need just waiting.

4weeks not little bit too much?

And how they can just block my account?

Then I understand to I get scamed, and get my money back is only dream!

after waiting for a week to get verified by kyc they told me to make another request for withdrawal and wait for 2 days after and so i did and until now i 2 days has gone by my withdrawals r still all incomplete i dont really know whats going on withdrawals should be as fast as our deposits u know.. it shouldnt be like this..

Sadly, the first withdrawal will never be so easy as a deposit. It's just not how it works. If you deposit, the casino does not care, no verification is needed, but if you win it's quite the opposite.

Kindly keep that in mind.

Well, we allow casinos 14 full days to proceed especially the first withdrawal.

I suggest you wait a few more days and if the problem persists by then, you can submit a complaint.

Honestly, think it's a matter of time because all recent justified complaints were resolved and players get their winnings. Feel free to check it here.

what about now? my withdrawal did not came they told me to wait for 24 hours for it and ao i did and now its laps 24 hours already and still did not get my withdrawal i asked them for the transaction hash bt they r not giving it to me, it just means to say that they r not working on it so unrealiable

i have realized that guru rating sites of online casinos is a farce. ice casino is a prime example. guru states their revenue is 100,000,000 per year lol not a chance. they avoid paying their players, proven. ice casino and vulkan vegas their sister casino have made up winners. they actually make fake winners lists to make like their casinos are busy which they are the exact opposite, they have hardly any players that why they dont pay the players because they cant afford it. the terms and conditions are ludicrious . the loyalty points system is beyond a joke . their loyalty system you have to lose 25000 dollars to get 10 dollars in loyalty points lol. so this tells me that guru site is being paid by these 2 casinos to lie and give high them ratings.
