Casino Extreme suddenly has no withdrawal options after winning?

Hi Folks,


I'm new here. This morning I was playing at Casino Extreme and I hit a random jackpot of over $6000 US. I went to withdraw via Bitcoin or Litecoin and in the cashier all the withdrawal options disappeared. The casino says they are having technical issues. Yet, there are NO other withdrawal options, no Net Teller, Bank Wire, cheque, CC or anything.

They are clearly able to accept deposits, but not pay out?


I'm not buying it! Chat is too busy to chat and email support isn't getting me a satisfactory answer. I hope they are not trying to use a tactic to get me to lose it back. That would be horrible. Winning is supposed to be a joyous occasion, not one filled with the worry of being scammed. They've always paid me in the past, but this is the first time I have encountered this with them. I hope they haven't gone rogue.


Is anyone but me having this issue with them?

I feel it is appropriate to congratulate you first.

For the rest, that's nasty business. I would be quite concerned

too, I wager! Uhm, I would guess there is another 3rd party company taking care

of all casino transactions, and if I'm correct these issues concern this

company, not primarily the casino. It's nice and easy when this cooperation

works, but when this 3rd party payment provider faces some issues (local

restrictions, bank audits, and so on) the casino is absolutely powerless.

I think this might be the case here because it is very strange when all payment options disappear at once so suddenly. Makes me feel there is

just one company handling it all.

I can imagine how it must sound, let's now focus on the most

pressing points:

This seems to be the first time, I would take that as a good

sign and give the casino some time to deal with it.

Meanwhile do not play with your balance, I hope the reason is

pretty obvious.

I would also like to help you get in touch with other players' experiences, catching up with user reviews might help.

For now, keep us all posted, please.

In the worst-case scenario, I would suggest submitting a complaint, but I would wait a bit, to be honest.

Well, I may have jumped the gun on this. Things took a bit over 24 hours, but the Casino withdrawal options finally returned and I was able to collect the full amount owed me, via Litecoin. The withdrawal took a couple hours to receive, but I can understand that because there had to have been a backlog. Anyway, I guess I got paranoid, as I had experienced the old Virtual days and some otherwise good casinos that went rogue. Casino Extreme will remain on the top of my RTG list because of their usual fast payouts and I will forgive this glitch.

Thanks Casino Extreme for paying me what I won, and comparatively timely.

I just found a few others concerned about their withdrawals handled by the same group. I provide them with your update, I really hope this was just a temporary complication.

However the wawes will resonate, I'd say. 🙂

May I know how long do you play in Extreme? You truly sound like a reasonable player to me, so I bet you are quite familiar with a few casinos, did I guess well?
