Firstly, Let me be clear on one thing. I’m sharing my experience with you all so you can make a wiser decision choosing an online casino to play at.


Secondly, I am aware of responsible gambling and this is not case of "loosing my money gambling it" and then crying over it! I am well aware how online casinos work! I am well aware how long they take to issue any withdrawals so with that said it would be absolutely bizarre why someone would choice to gamble large amounts of money to begin with!


These "sister" sites have scammed over $9,000 AUD from my banking accounts! I didn’t even open an account with Guns-bet ???? The support team are absolutely disgusting to deal with! This matter could have dealt with when it was raised at $4,000 AUD, however no the casino did not proactively do anything to prevent transaction issues re-occurring and as a result I am out of pocket over $9,000 AUD. 


Choose wisely guys, stay away from these two because they are crooks! Even if they hold a licence they certainly shouldn’t because they certainly are 100% scamming crooks!

Hi, what happened exactly? 😲 Did you play in Golden-star and they deposited money on your casino account without your consent or what's the case?

Yeah I created an account with golden star made a deposit and there payment processor stuffed up so like duplicates or deducting from my account! To make things even worse I had a "VIP MANAGER" contact me offering me bonuses for golden star but she was from guns bet, and then I received emails from guns bet offering me bonuses and I didn’t even open an account with them, which I questioned this a you would and apparently I "deposited" $700 with there casino

Damn, that looks really bad, but we already had similar issues with another casino (Joka Room) here on our forum. What's the current situation? Do you still have the money as a balance on your account in the casino?

If the charges on your account are happening without your consent, you should contact your bank immediately, block your cards and request chargeback. At least that's what I would do.

If you buy something online and you don’t receive it, who do you contact the business or the bank?


what about if the business charges you duplicated amounts ? Who do you contact your bank or the business?

The payment processor has to request the money from your bank and if you don't have the money on your bank account, then obviously, your bank sent the money to the processor based on their request. So your bank should tell you why they sent the money to the processor if you never requested them to do so.


And please, try to avoid posting every sentence in a single post. It's very difficult to read and follow.
