I'm checking your complaint related to the Ice Casino and I believe the biggest problem isn't the fact you had 2 accounts, but you opted for bonuses on both of the accounts. Anyways, it still isn't clear whether taking those bonuses led to your winnings or not. Did you win after you used some bonus or was it just a standard deposit that led to the winnings?

I did have some bonuses, but I didnt win anything with the bonuses, amounts were not even wagered atc. The main winnings were from my multiple deposits

Hello MadarsK, it seems like there's unfortunately nothing more we can do for you from our side. I understand you feel down now. But as stated in Martin's answer "After seeing and reviewing all the details, especially with the bonuses used on both accounts, I am really sorry to tell you that we are not able to support you in this case". Rules are rules and as the casino has mentioned it earlier, this goes against terms & condition. 🙁 I was hoping for a successful ending with you. 😕 Fate sometimes plays with us and teaches us lessons. Thank you very much Magda. This wasnt teaching a lesson for me, this was laughing at my face, I cant describe what it feels like, I can but then it would be a pharaghrap. Ice casino just earned 11k without doing anything, just making people feel down. If I will do something then I will let everyone know that it’s Ice fault

They just out of blue sky opened my account and said to me in my complaint - looks like you havent tried to log in to your account
So I did try and YESSS they opened it, they took away 5k, but actually I am happy with it too, helps me very much, thanks to everyone that was standing by with me❤️
