Hi

I won $1000nz on the 7th July 2022, I accidentally used my old account ending in 01, which should of been 02, as my 01 ax out was closed in June 2022. They are saying that they banked the winnings into my 01 account, you cannot bank to a closed account. I got my bank to do letters confirming my 01 account was closed on June 2022, and also they did a letter of confirmation stating the correct bank account with 02 suffix, not 01, they also checked for the funds, and nothing as its a closed account it would of bounced back within 2 days and also stated no funds have been received. They are still being dishonest and saying I have the funds, which I do not please help me. Thank you Tina

I'm sorry that you played in such a casino. 🙁

It's good that you submitted the complaint. I feel that this situation has a very simple solution, it only requires the casino to provide you with a copy of the transaction order, assuming that the payment was really made.

I remember now, that my friend accidentally sent some money to his grandma's closed bank account. To be precise the transfer was never done because an error saying something like "invalid account number" occurred. So he simply put in the correct account number.

Not sure if this is similar to every bank in the world though.

I truly hope we will be able to help assist you with your complaint.

Hi there, yes they sent a payment slip which I forward to my bank, but they said no there is no funds been deposited and said Firevegas has to track and trace from there end, as your account is closed and they could not trace the payment.

so I'd assume that the answer seems pretty clear. I checked your complaint and found out that Adam asked the casino directly, let's wait for what comes next from the casino's side. 🤔
