Samstag, 09.03.2024 Ich habe mit meiner Prepaid-Karte, deren letzte 4 Ziffern 8083 sind, 2 Mal ab 49 Euro im Online Casino N1 (https://www.n1casino.gr/el) eingezahlt, um die Slots zu spielen. Mit diesem Geld habe ich einen Betrag verdient, der nach Abzug der Steuern 1400 Euro beträgt. Ich habe eine Auszahlung beantragt, aber das Casino weigerte sich, den Gewinn auf mein Bankkonto auszuzahlen. Er bat mich, die notwendigen Dokumente zur Identifizierung der Karte (8083) zu senden, mit der ich die Einzahlung getätigt habe. Ich habe sofort die erforderlichen Unterlagen gesendet und es wurde von CASINO erfolgreich identifiziert. Anschließend habe ich erneut eine Auszahlung beantragt, die jedoch erneut abgelehnt wurde. Und der Grund ist, dass sie meine alte Karte wollen, die identifiziert wird, und ich sie nicht mehr zum Versenden von Fotos usw. verwende. Hi Romi. I play many many years in online casinos. But first time i face this situation. My remaining balance was 0 (ZERO) so nothing money left from my old card...i decided to play again in this casino. As i say i have make a deposit 2X49 euro with my new pre paid card...i won 1400 euro. and they have asking me to verified my new card. Of course i send all what they want and my card was Verified..!!!!!! So i asked them again to send my win (1400) to my bank account. But they refused again. They say he wants the old cald again to verify..i asking myself WHY? Like y say what would they need it for.🤔I explained that i dont use my old card anymore thats why i have now a new pre paid card which YOU have verified. But again they refused..... Oh Gosh, im realy pissed off. I have read many complainings and i see that the you dont get your win becuase of this stupid request. Many casinos do this because many players are pissed off and play all the win they have make. Im feeling like a fool. We pay, casino make big wins and when we make a win...NOOOOO y dont get it..lol. serisously this is rediculous and i hope you guys here in this Forum watch out next time when y make a new account in a casino and see the reviews here in Casino Guru they make a very nice work...!!!!

Did they verify the old card or did you use it not get a withdrawal so didn't verify it and then started using the prepaid card you have now? Was the old card a prepaid card or was it issued by your bank? Yes it's a nasty tactic that they use, but they do it, and I've had the same problem, to show your previous deposits were made by you and not a third party.

Old card was verified and i dont use my old card anymore only the new pre pad card for security reasons..YES its a nasty tactic i know many casino do this..i dont care about my old one anymore and from the time they have ferified the new one they must send me the win...!!!

If it was verified then why do they want it again? I hadn't verified my card from a previous deposit and won after depositing crypto. I sent my card in and got paid 3 hrs later after it was verified. What they are asking for is beyond disgusting if they are trying to find a way not to pay you. I would persist by explaining that the old card was verified so presenting it again serves absolutely no purpose

I see, so there is no reason for them to ask for the old card, at all. Especially if, as you said, the old one was also verified. I can totally understand your frustration, and just hope you'll stay strong and do not play that money you have requested to withdraw. We usually give casinos 14 full days to get the whole process done before our team intervenes. So, for now, there is nothing much to do, unfortunately, just wait hoe the case will unfold. Please keep us informed about any updates from the casinos side, we'll be here waiting.

Biggest con in history it's all a programed algorithm that's it for me. I won't be wasting another penny on them.
