Re Big Fafa Casino . I have three separate occasions in blackjack where I won my hand and not get paid. I have pictures of my hands yet no money has come back my way. I have been talking to this company for over 2 months now and I keep hearing they're going to investigate again and again and again. I have never seen any company like this that is not giving me back the money that is owed to me with all the proof that I am showing date stamps and Excel spreadsheets and everything. This company keeps telling me every day that the risk department is looking into it. Again 2 months now. I do not recommend you playing here,because if something goes wrong, they're not making it right. I am willing to show anybody pictures of my hands and showing that I did not get my money

Hey, since it's been going on for 2 months, I wouldn't hesitate to file a complaint here on this link. If the casino is still investigating and nothing has changed, our team will try to help you with your situation.
However, did they tell you any reason why your money was not added ? I would have expected some technical problems or at least something that the casino would have said.
Either way, it's good that you have evidence because that would certainly be useful to the complaint.

Same thing happened to me, they are a scam they have to be notified by ever review online plz. If you go to the website and look at their Facebook, Instagram, and X, their posts are old and the comments that those posts have are complaining about how they were scammed out of their money, like alllll of them.
