Hello, according to my information, there was also a formula that came along with the fact that your complaints were not accepted, which is why this was the case. Your complaints were about sports betting and we at Casino Guru do not deal with this area because we do not have experts in this field and therefore if we did not have sufficient insight, our opinion or solution might not be correct and objective.
