Gestern habe ich mich dort registriert und 3 x 500 CZK über Skrill eingezahlt, es ist mir gelungen, etwas über 6000 CZK hochzuladen und ich wollte einen Teil des Geldes abheben. Natürlich wollten sie eine KYC-Verifizierung von mir, ich habe eine Kopie des OP, ein Dokument zum Nachweis meiner Adresse in CZ und eine Bestätigung des vorübergehenden Wohnsitzes, in der diese Adresse klar angegeben ist, vorgelegt und ich habe ihnen auch Screenshots des Skrill-Bildschirms bereitgestellt, auf dem sie die Zahlung verifizieren wollten. Natürlich erhielt ich am nächsten Tag die Information, dass meine Abhebung abgelehnt wurde, als ich versuchte, mit ihnen zu chatten, gaben sie als Grund für die Ablehnung an, dass ihnen eine Bestätigung des Wohnsitzes nicht ausreiche, dass sie ein anderes Dokument bräuchten, wie etwa eine Telefon- oder Internetrechnung, und auch, dass sie meine Skrill-Screenshots von einem Mobiltelefon nicht akzeptieren, dass diese von einem PC stammen müssen und dass das PDF-Format verboten ist. Dass ich einen Kontoauszug mit meiner Adresse vorlegen müsse … Ich wusste natürlich schon, dass das nach einem großen Betrug roch und ich mein Geld nie wiedersehen würde, aber ich schickte ihnen den Kontoauszug von BUČ und auch die Screenshots von Skrill, weil sie mir beim letzten Mal gesagt hatten, dass der Skrill-Bildschirm auf einer Seite sein müsse, auf der alles sichtbar sei. Ich bin dem Chat erneut beigetreten und habe ihnen geschrieben, dass sie sich die Sache ansehen sollen, und ich habe mich nur gefragt, womit sie diesmal ein Problem haben könnten, da bereits klar war, dass es nicht sauber war... also hatten sie diesmal ein Problem damit, dass auf dem Screenshot von Skrill nicht das genaue Zahlungsdatum angezeigt wurde, sondern "gestern" und die Transaktionszeit 😀...natürlich gibt Skrill es so an, als die Transaktion gestern durchgeführt wurde, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dies zu ändern. Ahojte kamaráti, chcel by som Vás týmto všetkých varovať pred kasínovou platformou betista.com ktorá sa snaží lákať aj hráčov z CZ SK. Včera som sa tam registroval a vložil som tam cez Skrill 3x 500 kč, podarilo sa mi nahrať niečo cez 6000 Kč a chcel som časť financií vybrať. Samozrejme chceli odo mňa overenie KYC, doložil som kópiu OP, doklad preukazujúci moju adresu v CZ a to potvrdenie o prechodnom pobyte, kde je táto adresa jasne uvedená a taktiež som im doložil screeny obrazovky zo skrillu ktoré chceli pre overenie platby. Samozrejme hneď ďalší deň mi prišlo info že môj výber bol zamietnutný, keď som sa s nimi snažil chatova´t ako dôvod zamietnutia uviedli, že im nestačí potvrdenie o pobyte, že potrebujú iný doklad napríklad účet za telefón alebo internet a taktiež že neakceptujú moje screeny Skrillu z mobilu, že to musí byť z PC a že sa zakazuje formát PDF. Tak som na novú verifikáciu poslal originál faktúru za mobil od O2 čo je faktúra aj za mobil aj za internet a taktiež som im opäť poslal screeny zo Skrillu ako chceli. Keď som hneď na to písal na ich chat aby mi potvrdili či je všetko už ok, tentokrát si vymysleli že mi nemôžu uznať originálnu faktúru za mobil a internet pretože vraj uznávajú iba faktúru za telefón, ale že to musí byť pevná linka! Že mám doložiť výpis z účtu kde bude moja adresa...už som samozrejme vedel že to smrdí veľkým podvodom a že svoje peniaze už nikdy neuvidím, ale poslal som im teda výpis z BUČ a taktiež screenshoty zo Skrillu, pretože posledne mi tvrdili že screen zo Skrillu musí byť na 1 strane kde bude všetko viditeľné. Opäť som sa pripojil na chat a napísal im aby sa na to pozreli a už ma iba zaujímalo s čím budú mať tento krát problém,keďže tu už bolo jasné že to nie je čisté...takže tentokrát mali problém s tým že v screenshote zo skrilu nebol vidieť presný dátum platby že tam bolo napísané ,,včera" a čas transakcie 😀....samozrejme takto to skrill uvádza keď sa transakcia robila včera a nejde to nijako zmeniť. Po tomto mi bolo už na 10000% jasné že sa jedná o podvod a svoje peniaze už nikdy neuvidím...pretože táto spoločnosť si vždy nájde niečo kde je problém a odvoláva sa na to ako ona dodržuje KYC...
Preto ak ste to dočítali až sem, určite sa tu nikdy neregistrujte a nikdy sem nevkladajte svoje peniaze! Betista je zaručene podvod. Nakoniec som rád že som tam vložil "iba" 1500 Kč...no ostalo mi na tom pofidérnom účte cez 6000 a viem, že ich nikdy neuvidím...človek sa učí na vlastných chybách...
