I had bought some free spins on Big Bass Splash , I was doing very well on a $1 bet , up to the X 3 level and the game shut down , apparently it was the gaming company was doing some maintenance. So several hours letter I checked and my game was started where it left off , I won a total of $1565.00 . But it did not credit my account. Spinway the casino could not find a record of my betting on that , so after hours of back and forth E mails they finally acknowledge my win . They said they would have to check with the gaming provider to verify, I told them I won fair and square now I want my money. They keep saying waiting to hear back , it’s been 3 days now , What’s up with that ? They should pay me as I won on there web site and collect from there game provider. It’s not right

I can imagine how you must feel.

On the other hand, it's normal that the game provider is asked to investigate such cases. It may take up to several weeks or more, so please be patient. The moment the game provider provides the decision, the casino should update you with the result - whether the winning was legit.

I would wait for the result.
