Hi everyone,


I submitted a complaint to Anjouan Gaming Authority almost one month ago. I didn't receive any conformation email from them.


They give casino up to 30 days to reply.


So, do you know what I need to do if I'll not receive any email after 30 days? Do I need feel a complaint form again or how to contact them and ask about my case?

To me, it seems like you expected Anjouan to actively resolve players' disputes and aim to eventually complain about their procedures. You know that Anjouan is not known for actively investigating players' cases. so, I expect there is no official way around. 🙁

If you have not received a response, please respond to their most recent email. On the other hand, if you were told that the casino has 30 days, that seems like a great start to me.

In my opinion, try not to be stressed about an uncertain future.

No, no one told me about 30 days. Its just info from Anjouan website.

The issue is I don't know their most recent email cuz they never sent anything to me.


Bethog scammed me for 500k (https://casinoguru-en.com/complaints/bethog-casino-player-s-account-has-been-closed--and) so I'm trying to get paid.

Anojuan rarely resolves players' issues, and you can't change that, I'm afraid. Ask ChatGPT for the assessment of their players' disputes. In this regard, the license isn't worth much.

When a casino fails to provide evidence, we recommend contacting the licensing authority, which is the only official way; however, this does not guarantee a response. It's just another step you can take.
