ALL REELS Casino STOLE €600 - CASINO GURU NO RESPONSE IN 6 DAYS

This has to be seen to be believed.


ALLREELS CASINO Have currently stolen €600 cash and locked my account.


Started a complaint over a week ago -


Signed up through Casinoguru I have had few withdrawals no issue. Then randomly they asked for skrill history? I sent them 3 months.


They then closed my account and said I had sent a payment at some point to an email connected to a player on one of their sister sites? They tried saying this was against their Ts and Cs so could steal my 600 cash deposit?


The only transfer was from months ago to my SON! who has an account at Dozen spins apparently (I don't).


The term All reels believes entitles them to steal my money is as follows:

3.6 ' It is prohibited to transfer funds from one account to another'.......


NO MENTION OF SKRILL, BANK TRANSFER ETC. They believe they can dictate what players do with their bank activity? To say the term is unlawful and vague would be generous....


It has now been 6 days and casino guru have not replied????

Complaint is about to expire on the forum.....No response from casino guru in 7 days????

Your case is a bit special. We are doing once per week a call where we are talking about such cases. So please wait a bit longer. And please keep in mind that some communication is ongoing privately between the casino and us like gathering proofs etc. Also please consider that we are receiving hundreds of cases per month and we are doing our best to help, but this process is time-consuming with so many cases.

The case is going to close as you have not responded in the ongoing complaint.....THE CASE IS NOT A BIT SPECIAL! The case is clearly showing a casino attempting theft and not having any justification....It is shocking none of this is being communicated on the complaint itself!

FYI for anyone complaining to Casino guru.....

Casino guru confirmed All reels were attempting to steal my money unlawfully and this is against their codex -

'The official answer from the casino was that it is because you sent the money to your son. We explained to them that this is based on our fair gambling codex, not a valid reason.'


All Reels have NOW CHANGED their reason and say its due to my gameplay and CASINO GURU are now saying they believe them and rejected my complaint!!!! DISGUSTING!


I have requested a call with a manager here as this is unlawful behaviour.

Actually they gave us multiple reasons for closing your account (they sent all the reasons at the same time), but we simply declined some of them, because we didn't consider them as justified. We focused only on these that made sense.

If sending money between you and your son on Skrill would be the only reason given by the casino, then of course, we wouldn't consider it as valid reason for closing your accounts.
