yeah the problem is with 1red Casino . I have been trying to withdraw my money on and off for almost a week but no matter what i do my withdrawal requests keep getting denied(6-7 of them got denied) and they come up with a different excuse every SINGLE time and they dont even tell me why it was rejected they just leave me with a vague statement like please write your IBAN carefully. They ask me for the bank statement on which they can see all the required information IBAN etc and even though i uploaded this a thousand times They still wont send me the money i earned and waste my time ridicilously. And the support system sucks no one knows what they are doing and cant help me with anything.

However, does that mean that when you sent them the bank statement, it was already accepted and your account is fully verified?
Regarding your withdrawal, we give the casinos 14 days to resolve this process and if they fail to do so then there will be an opportunity to file a complaint where we will try to help you in your situation.
Although I would give the casino a few more days since you say you are waiting a week. If you have to enter IBAN carefully, did you ask the support what it means and if you are making a mistake somewhere so that they can help you?
