The extent to which a casino genuinely values responsible gaming—not just in policy but in practice—plays a significant role in how it likely handles all other aspects of its operations.

Having worked in compliance, I have gained valuable insights into these practices.

Don't chose casinos licensed in Curaçao or Costa rica as 99% of them are scam. Stay far away from BetandYou and BetOnRed and Bettilt, as they are 3 Scam casinos licensed in Curaçao.

You will be good if you follow my advice.

What do you like? Does it have something to do with the poll that Daniel created?🙂

Thanks for the warning but I have a bit of a feeling that this is confusing with what this poll is about. Do you have any questions or answers? What is the deciding factor for you when choosing a casino?

Jaro

Positive reviews maybe, then it's a welcome bonus, and of course (while it's a bit subjective) - how often I win 🙂 🙂 🙂

A lot of players are curious about positive reviews, sometimes it's not the best indicator but I understand that players often make decisions based on that.

As for bonuses, do you play with them often? Are they beneficial for you or not?😀

1) out of the available options, I chose game selection because I strongly prefer table games over slots and table games are something that can easily be lacking.

2) I know I am in a minority position with this, but what I really look for is that a website will work in the 'jursidictions' I go through ... my work tends to keep me traveling (in recent years most commonly between my home in Texas and research in Puerto Rico). This seems to be a terrible combination as I often encounter sites that will allow one, but not the other .. logging in from the wrong spot can get me blocked or needing to do further KYC (know your customer) requirements ... which I often cannot meet when so far from home.

Trust and reputation are high on my list, but I might let that slide a little if the better sites refuse to let me in.

I think that even if you think you are a minority, it is an excellent point. That's definitely important in any casino and some players wouldn't realize that. So I commend you for that.

As for table games, I know that's more for you than slots, we've talked about that.

Thanks for your addition, which is definitely spot on.🙂👍

Ok

I recently came across websites and individuals impersonating Casino Guru, and I want to warn others about this issue. These scammers create fake sites or profiles to mislead users and potentially steal personal information. It’s important to always verify the official website and avoid sharing sensitive data with unverified sources. I recommend checking official Casino Guru channels and being cautious of too-good-to-be-true offers. Staying alert can help prevent falling victim to these fraudulent schemes.

That's true, it happens from time to time, but as you say, it's always easy to fix. Alternatively, players can always ask us and show a contact who is impersonating us. Did something similar happen to you?

Trust and Reputation, Followed by Fast Withdrawals…

TheDoc

I probably would have had it the same way. I'm quite surprised that many players have entered bonuses and there are the most votes in this category. You don't care much about them? 🙂

Jaro

Bonuses are a scam, a suck in if I can say it that way as well.. Just use your own money and then play..

If you deposit $100 and had 100% bonus.. so you now have $200..

Most cases would have 40x bonus wagering, so that $100 you need to play and win, then places bets up $4k before its real.. But you had $200 yeah? Lol

TheDoc

I understand what you are saying, for me some bonuses are often also disadvantageous. Wagering is often quite high and that wouldn't scare me either. But I wanted to know your opinion.

So thank you.

As far as withdrawals are concerned, what does it mean when they are fast for you?

Jaro

They can transfer the money instantly, with in a few hours, or the classic " when ever they feel like it" and use excuse after excuse to keep that money long enough, for you to get the shits, cancel your withdrawal, and then lose all the money you requested to take out…

Now that’s the key word, " request"!

They treat the money as though it’s theirs right from the deposit without a single bet being placed.. Slapping a 3x wager on that deposit, leaving you disadvantaged from the start..

Lets say you deposit $750, you need to wager ( bet ) $2250 before the money is available for withdrawal..

So when you start playing and say have $7.50 bets as example, and after 100 bets you have turned that money into $2500.. You want to withdrawal and feel greet.. They will then tell you about the wagering process, and you need to fulfill these requirements before this can happen..

if you are lucky you might have $2500 or higher, but most times it’s a lot less than $2500.

they will say it’s money laundering rules bal bla bla..

No, that’s a casino scam telling you that your money now belongs to them, even though you place 100 bets at $7.50… In reality you wagered the full Deposit amount and it’s clearly not an issue with anything they are giving you a reason as to why you cannot take your $2500 out..

So why is it called a Request if it’s your money, in your account ( casino wallet ) ? Because they are saying this is our money until we decide to give some to you…

And that’s my friend, is borderline corrupt, and almost illegal.. Telling a player they are making sure you are not committing any crimes when depositing and playing, to keep the site safe and legal, and blatantly misleading them into thinking it’s about trust and transparency, when it really isn’t about that at all.. If you are able to withdrawal your money no questions asked, and not request to do so, they wouldn’t cancel and refuse your withdrawal!

mate I could go on…

it’s a very sticky slope this one
