Morning all

registered a few months back and seems pretty easy to use, lost a bit of money and then had a go a week ago, won quite a substantial amount of money, so sent a withdrawal request, max withdrawal is €400 a time, its my first withdrawal and i am still waiting, spoke to live chat and email, they advise 36 hours and its been over a week,

has anyone successfully withdrawn winnings from this site? Its such a large amount of money, my account is fully verified and so I dont get the hold up. Any advice would really help.

Sadly, I can only repeat what has been already posted through the complaint, we allow casinos 14 full days to process the KYC, check the gaming history, and fulfill the payout.

I'm sorry, the first withdrawal is quite a long process almost every time.

Let's hope that the casino will handle it sooner than later.🤞

Hi and thanks for the reply, they have since processed and accepted my first withdrawal, only for it then to be rejected!! With some rubbish excuse that doesn’t actually make sense. I will attach it below. I have since made another withdrawal via bank transfer, lets hope this one A. Doesnt take a week and B. Doesnt get accepted and then changed to rejected.

They are pushing me to set up some kind of bitcoin wallet, suggesting its faster or what not, I should not have to do this to get my money out. Seems all stalling tactics, its all quite upsetting

I read something very similar from other players playing in a different casino, the point is that casinos usually hire 3rd party payment providers to handle all payments.

Have you had any success in retrieving your winnings? I am in a similar position to you with a large amount available to withdraw and am hoping I am able to get this returned to me, despite it taking months at such a small amount each time!

I have yet to get anything out. Only had a withdrawal finally accepted yesterday via bitcoin, although am yet to receive this in my account.

I’ve had nothing yet either and same as you have about €27000 available to withdraw 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’ve just been on live chat to an agent who seems genuine but you can’t help but get nervous! I’ve not managed to find any helpful reviews regarding withdrawals… Fingers crossed we both get what we are owed! I’ll keep you posted if I manage to get the money into my account!!

just wanted to message and say that I have had a withdrawal actually go in to my account! I am ecstatic! It proves its real and there is hope! I hope this makes your day!! It has mine,

i am using bitcoin / crypto to get mine out, they said it’s quicker and i have had 3 withdrawals accepted and one physically gone in to my account. Hope this helps.
