It simply doesn't work...

I've been trying to withdraw 500 CAD since 11/22.


They just keep canceling using as an excuse that Interac transfers will timeout after 48hours. Well it works fine at other casinos.


This morning I tried to re-submit a canceled request... again ... for the 4th time... and their site just didn't work.


Support simply told me to retry tomorrow and closed the chat.


And I didn't mention their horrible KYC process...


I will submit a format complain next week if they don't pay me.


I'm at a lost of words to describe how awful this casino is. How can they possibly have a 9.2 score with a high security score ? It makes no sense. Casino Guru needs to make this right.

In fact just stay away. They obviously use shady tactics to make you lose your winnings

If nothing else, I would call that awful customer service, at least based on this description.

Good point: In such situations, despite how hard it may become, one should fight the idea that losing money and, for example, moving somewhere else to spare the nerves is a good move. It is not. Losing money on purpose is not a good step at all.

To put it plainly, the Safety Index indicates your chances of getting paid by the casino.

Since it is so broad and therefore impossible to measure, factors like withdrawal times and the caliber of customer service are not included. Not to mention possible technical issues or elements that are not within the casino's control. Though I imagine I would not be very fond of understanding that either.

Each casino review presents a tab called the Safety Index explained, yet many players do not read the explanation, instead they presume they know what it means.

The user reviews for the casino have a "mixed" rating. This could be read as "even though the user experience may not be that good, the casino will very likely pay out winnings collected in accordance with all rules."
