Ich bräuchte Rat von jemandem, der bereits erfolgreich eine größere Auszahlung vom 20Bet Casino (es besitzt keine tschechische Lizenz) und die anschließende Besteuerung in der Tschechischen Republik abgewickelt hat.
Ich habe einen höheren sechsstelligen Betrag in CZK gewonnen. Das Casino überweist mir das Geld momentan wie gewohnt, aber da aufgrund von Tageslimits keine höheren Beträge möglich sind, überweise ich nach und nach jeweils 30.000 CZK auf mein vollständig verifiziertes Skrill-Konto (in CZK). Ich plane, den gesamten Gewinn, oder zumindest einen Teil davon, nach und nach von 20Bet abzuheben, sobald dies möglich ist.
Im nächsten Frühjahr möchte ich definitiv eine Steuererklärung abgeben (sonstige Einkünfte gemäß § 10) und 15 % Steuern darauf zahlen. Ich habe Screenshots von Einzahlungen, Gewinnen und dem gesamten Transaktionsverlauf bei Skrill (versteckt). Danach möchte ich komplett aufhören zu spielen und mein Konto kündigen.
Ich möchte Sie nach Ihren tatsächlichen Erfahrungen fragen:
Hat 20Bet dir den gesamten Betrag ausgezahlt? Sollte ich mir Sorgen machen? Sie zahlen mir zwar im Moment noch, aber so dauert es wohl noch zwei bis drei Monate. Muss ich damit rechnen, dass sie mein Konto mit der Zeit sperren oder irgendwelche komplizierten Verifizierungsmaßnahmen verlangen?

I would need advice from someone who has already successfully dealt with a larger withdrawal from the 20Bet casino (it does not have a Czech license) and subsequent taxation in the Czech Republic.
I managed to win a higher six-digit amount in CZK. The casino is sending me the money normally for now, but because they won't let me go higher due to daily limits, I'm gradually sending amounts of 30,000 CZK to my fully verified Skrill (maintained in CZK). I plan to gradually withdraw it all from 20Bet, or at least some as long as I'm allowed to withdraw.

potřebovala bych poradit od někoho, kdo už úspěšně řešil větší výběr z casina 20Bet (nemá českou licenci) a následné danění v ČR.
Podařilo se mi vyhrát vyšší šestimistnou částku v korunách. Casino mi peníze zatím normálně posílá, ale protože mě kvůli denním limitům nepustí výš, posílám si postupně částky po 30 000 Kč na svůj plně ověřený Skrill (vedený v CZK). Mám v plánu to z 20Bet všechno postupně vytáhnout, nebo aspoň něco dokud mi výběry povolují.
Příští rok na jaře chci určitě podat daňové přiznání (ostatní příjmy podle § 10) a zaplatit z toho 15% daň. Mám schované screenshoty vkladů, výher i komplet historii ze Skrillu. Hraní chci po tomhle úplně nechat a účet zrušit.

Chápu to správně, že když podám přiznání a zaplatím daň, tak je stát spokojený a dál nic neřeší?
Měl někdo problém se Skrillem? Chtěli po vás dokládat původ peněz (Source of Funds), když vám tam začaly naskakovat stovky tisíc? Stačily jim screenshoty herní historie z casina?
