I had one of my casinos ask for transaction details and a whole load of other stuff in order to be able to process a refund, I sent it over and was told to allow up to 15 business days, that was the beginning of April, it's been radio silence I've sent them 3 emails and nothing. Hope yous are luckier!

I’ve managed to them to raise Subral - it’s only £75 in total so not a huge amount but they have accepted the case on the 5th so I’m hopeful

What did you tell them because as soon as I mentioned gambling they refused saying no way of claiming the money back under MasterCard rules.

I didn’t mention gambling at all - I said it was for goods and services not received for digital goods. Had an email I sent to the company stating I had not received anything and they accepted it

Monzo are weird, it seems to depend on what time of day you send the chargeback and who actually deals with it. I had complete success with one Merchant through Monzo (last month) and then the next one they refused to help so I have registered complaint with FOS. However, I've raised a few with them over the last couple of days (with another different Merchant) and Monzo have refunded the one's I've charged back - go figure 😕

I always seemed to have quicker/better success when I sent chargebacks between 9 am - 14 pm.
