Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I am not getting peoples contact info just to give them an email. I am providing people with detailed explanation of how I just got a refund.


I also got Paul to delete his email immediately after.

No it wasn’t a simple email, not everyone’s situation was the same as yours.

they have obviously became a lot more strict with it, they hadn’t responded to my first 4 but refunded on my 5th when I said specific things. This is what got me my refund and I’d like to share it with people.


why do you think this is some sort of competition? 🤣

I raised a complaint with NatWest about miscoding transactions from the past and they have said that it’s nothing to do with them other companies miscoding payments even if I do have a gambling block on
