Hi all please advise

To open up honestly, I have gambling issues for Al long time on and off. Recently I have been gambling again. (Over the last 3 months) I have spent tens of thousands - mainly on a site called jackpot raider. I had just short of 12k in my account. My family wasn't happy I was gambling So I closed the account and asked for a refund

Now it seems they're trying to drag there heels to avoid paying out my money. Everything they have requested I have sent them and they are seemingly trying to say it's not good enough - I've literally sent them everything for proof of deposit with transaction IDs.


What can I actually do?

Am I just to give up?

My wife won't let me see the kids until I've gotten the money back. I've explained this to them but obviously it's not there issue.



I feel like they have me dangling on a piece of string.


Any advice would be appreciated

Send them.a formal but legal letter report each and every one to Action fraud you can do it under 1 case ask for a GDPR request on all information they hold on you as they have processed payments to their companies you request everything name address dob ect ect do not share these details apart from your name

Tell them under the Data protection act they must acknowledge the email request and respond within 1 month to the GDPR request failure to do so will result in being reported to the ico who will impose penalties and fines for breaches of the Data protection laws also if monies are not returned you will inform FCA and Hmrc and also take them to civil court to recover your monies you will also ask the court to cover the cost of and legal cost court cost financial losses and damages caused they have 7 days to refund make sure you obscured the middle 6 numbers from card details

Hi Missdaisy. Can I ask if you are aware of PNTV*Bskins merchant?I presumed it is BulletSkins. I contacted them, never received reply, put as chargeback with my bank, but bank said they can not retrieve funds. I want to get more info about this merchant and come back to my bank with more info and facts. Maybe it is not BulletSkins and something completely different. Thank you.
