My bank have told me I need to dispute it under no goods received I didn’t get any receipt or proof of order and no digital goods from this merchant

So much waiting around isn't there. Well I don't think there will be much they can go on now hopefully the fake receipts and lies will cost them dearly.

Good morning all

I received a response from the casino to my complaint and they totally swerved the mcc transactions. I've replied and said despite me flagging it in chat, with my vip manager and by formal complaint they have still not answered so I will take it up with my bank.


Another response as follows...

Please note that we operate strictly in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted upon registering on our website. Specifically, point 6.1 states:"When you open an account at the Website, you agree that the financial operations connected to your account will be processed directly by the Company, an operator of a payment system, and/or by a third party designated by the Company to perform this activity."


Do I go to the merchants now or the bank?


They've also put my account under review but didn't tell me this. Thankfully I already have screenshot all my transactions!

Ich habe eine Beschwerde eingereicht und auf die falschen mcc Codes hingewiesen die bei meinen Einzahlungen verwendet wurden nun haben sie mich gesperrt.

ich habe alle Transaktionen per email bestätigt

was soll ich jetzt machen ? Bei der Kreditkarten Firma Beschwerde einreichen und versuchen die Transaktionen rückzuführen ?

Hi all.

Been following this thread the past week and found it extremely helpful. Greatly appreciate everyone who has shared their story/knowledge.


My dispute is with GoldenBet trading under TERRVERS - I see some people have the same issue.


I made 90+ transactions to them over the past 2 weeks and am currently in the dispute process with my bank.


The process advises allowing 14 days to contact the merchant but as there is no info of TERRVERS I just immediately raised a "goods not received" chargeback (I said I could not contact them as I could not find any info on the company) and today 5 working days later some of the chargebacks are being refunded for me. I raised the disputed goods category as "Digital Goods".


As there are many transactions I had to raise disputes in batches of 15 as this was all the bank app allowed per case. Some of these have been credited into my account with no questions asked by the bank - some of them are "temporary credits unless the merchant replies with further details" but the majority of them I am still waiting for a response on.


I hope this is the start of me recouping my funds and hope everyone else is successful too - for the record I could not find any info on TERRVERS, I emailed GoldenBet with no real response but it’s looking promising my UK bank will sort this out from here.


Would advise anyone dealing with GoldenBet to go through your bank where possible.

No my bank account has now said they’re deactivating my account for raising the disputes I can’t believe it

Debit and credit and they closed all the accounts I had with them even joint account that had nothing to do with it

Didn’t go through all the transactions just some but if I went through them all then it was a substantial amount they’re were just broken down into various transactions

No didn’t win any they wouldn’t even take it to Mastercard and they wouldn’t give me any information on terrver and couldn’t find anything online
