I've seen 7 or 8 different NikoTPF merchants mentioned on this thread, makes me question whether they're made by the casinos or there's another presence behind them who's money laundering alongside the casinos

Hi everyone, back again with the same question. Anything I can do regarding "faster payments" to Falcora Finance?

The bank have said they need the company sort code and account number to open a dispute with them but Falcora are now not responding to my emails.


has anyone been successful or have any advice for these kind of transfers?

Dann hörst Du auch die nächsten Jahre nichts. Einzig Chargebackfristen fürchten einige Händler, da diese nun abgelaufen sind, können die beruhigt schlafen. Einzig Klagen könnte man noch. Jedoch Verjährungsfrist beachten, eventuell 3 jahre.

Wenn ich mir die Zahlungsabwickler anschaue, die sitzen in GB . Da kann man mit einem Anwalt druckausüben, und am Enden könnte man auch gegen das Casino vorgehen, in Deutschland war lange nicht klar, ob Curacao-Casinos verklagt werden konnten, jetzt geht es jedoch vorwärts, und es gibt die ersten Urteile.


Wer sein Geld wirklich zurückwill, der Klagt. Wenn man 6 Monate alleine nichts erreicht hat, wird man auch die darauffolgenden 6 Monate alleine nichts erreichen.


Und nochmal zur Frage von @barborasp:


Klage reicht man dort bei Gericht ein wo man wohnt. Es ist also egal wo das Casino seine Sitz hat. Es wird dort geklagt, von wo der Spieler aus Zugriff auf das Casino hatte.
