Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hi, to be fair a lot of the time I’ve processed chargeback is under wrong merchant code, sometimes you have to say that you didn’t receive funds. You’re right these offshore sites and these third party merchants are scum bags. I’m generally curious to people’s opinions on the question I’m going to ask, with all of us processing chargeback would this qualify as fraud, could we get done by the police for it?

They will respond but some have had refunds I have only had £15 out of approx £300.

I got that reply 4 times after sending the details I only got refunded £2000 when the bank raised chargebacks but ive never heard from sumup again

Yes they might reply if it is only that mine were thousands the pattern is you send the details then a few weeks later they ask again a different person😂

What exactly is sumup? Is that a payment gateway? And how do I know if my payments went through sumup?

The bank told me when I made the 1st call to them I also seen it flash up on my phone when doing a transaction so it tied in they have never denied it is them either
