Du kannst es für dich entscheiden ob Du die 25% annimmst oder nicht. Du kannst erwähnen, dass die Chargebackregeln nicht über den lokalen Gesetze stehen. Un wie viel Geld geht es?

Du kannst auch noch erwähnen, dass die Veränderung des Codes im Hintergrund stattfindet, und Du davon nichts mitbekommen hast.


Ferner die Rules erwähnen wo steht, dass der Händler 7995 verwenden muss. Am besten noch Mal im Casino-Konto anmelden und ein Foto der Zahlungen machen damit die Zeiten abgeglichen werden können. Ferner nochmals eine Zahlung im Casino Konto generieren um zu sehen welcher Händler erscheint. Dann müsstest du einen Nachweis haben, dass der Händler trickst.

Hiya

Deposits were taken my companies not even coming up on Google.

Empire - paye reference CD 4045 KE25.57

Videogameshaven - CD 4045 EU25.43

All deposits were meant to be in Euro but the Empire deposit referenced KE.

Also, I wasn't charged a fee by my bank like I normally am if its a foreign currency payment.

I have emailed them several times and they are not backing down.


I have just contacted my bank.

Even though my deposits were made by Euros on the site, payments were taken in GBP hence why I didn't receive any extra charges.

Yes they replied and said I would get a refund in 2-3 days. It happened

Ok so I think a mis communication has happened. I should have elaborated. Did they just search under the name or did you give them the card it was from as well. They could have it under another name on their system
