Meine Güte, reg dich ab, ich werde von niemanden bezahlt.

Ihr wisst recht wenig über die Zahlungsabwicklung, dementsprechend schreibt ihr hier zu 90% Müll 10% ist wahr.

Wenn ich mit meiner Girokarte oder KReditkarte einkaufen gehe, steht manchmal wenn ich bei Aldi bin nicht aldi auf der Abrechnung sondern XYZ und im Verwendungszweck der Empfänger. Ebenso ist es wenn ich im Kiosk einkaufen gehe, da steht dann meist auch was anderes.

Manchmal steht sogar : ANBIETER XYZ*ALDI

Also rede kein Unsinn.

I have had an update, when i submitted the dispute there was 15 transactions, the first few were bordering on the 120 day cutoff point so some of the transactions were rejected i think because of this, but ive had some emails saying they have done a temporary refund whilst they look into it further, when i ohoned up to querey why the othere were declined i just think the guy on the phone had no clue so just used the generic response, but some seem to be going through now althouh they are temporary but it says if i dont hear anything in 90 days i keep it, i assume this js the time the merchant has to respond to the case

Is that NatWest? Or Revolut ? I’ve had chargebacks raised on Revolut but no temp refunds

some were about 2 days ago and some like 4 days ago, but i havent had a response for all of the transactions on the disputes, just some, seems like its just going to be random

I Just said to them that these transactions are from merchants not associated to the site in question and as a result is misrepresentation although i authorised the payments these merchants had nothing to do with the site

Authorization obtained through incorrect or concealed merchant identity is invalid.

Requested Resolution

I am requesting:

Full reversal of the disputed charge

Recognition that the transaction was unauthorized as processed and/or services not received

Ich habe bei meiner Bank einen Chargeback wegen nicht Lieferung beantragt (als Beweise diverse Aufforderungen an den Händler mir das Geld zu erstatten , da nicht geliefert wurde)

Der Fall wurde weitergeleitet und liegt jetzt bei VISA, was heißt das konkret? Bekomme ich einen ChargeBack?
