Ive probably been to homest with natwest, but i dont want it taken back off me or a fraud case on my hands, i havent heard anything back yet but probably wont get any charge backs as i said it was to an unlicenced casino that i belived to be legit at the time and that they use wrong mcc to get around gambling blocks and disguise gambling transactions

A transaction becomes unauthorized not only when the cardholder didn’t make it, but also when the transaction materially differs from what the cardholder and bank agreed to authorize. this new rule will surely bring illegal casinos using wrong merchant coding to the end!
