they haven’t told me anything.

so I they currently have 28000 20000 of that I deposited. Can anybody help pleas

What was the reason they have you for suspending your account and also why they won't process your withdrawal request

Sounds like your deposit patterns were flagged as suspicious, during verification you were asked for a proof of funds? Have in mind most european bookies got a really harsh AML policy, the gambling commission handed some fines in the past to casinos for not enforcing proper anti-money laundering policies and now they are taking it more seriously, this could lead to wrongly flagging users if they believe the deposits do not match the financial situation of a player or if the current deposits are too big compared to the average the user has done. This is just my assumption, ask them directly why they closed your account. Also, did you wagered your deposit at least 1 time? I'm not sure what is the wagering requirements for clean deposits at betfred, but many operators requires each deposit to be wagered a minimum of 1x. File a complaint, maybe that helps

My card wasn’t working so used my partner s which I’ve done in the past .

I understand now that you can’t use a card not in your name .

but they let me deposit multiple times and let me withdraw without an issue o I didn’t think anything of it .

the week after as soon as I withdrew I got a message .

im pretty much writing off getting my full winnings but I’m presuming they have to pay me back my deposit which is around 22000

i had transferred funds from my account to her s so was using my money

Unfortunately as far as I know most casinos only allow deposits from debit cards either registered or at least in the accounts name. It's in the terms and conditions which you should always read prior to making a deposit or joining a casino. Your only hope is that they return your deposits and hope they don't confiscate them for breaching the t@cs good luck

Sadly, there is nothing to do, it's general knowledge that you shouldn't use a payment method that doesn't strictly belongs to you, if you approach any ADR or third party that manages complaints you will not get help for this case. Have in mind operators suppose many things when a player uses a card that's not in his name, they can suppose it's a stolen card and they will not only close the account, but also void the balance and reject any contact request by the user, if you managed to deposit previously it's because the bookie didn't consider these deposits relevant for a further checking, a 5 digits deposit is not taken lightly. I don't think everything is lost, you can try to approach them and explain with explicit details why you did it and MAYBE they make a deposit refund, winnings will be voided and you will possibly not be able to access the account anymore

But if that’s the case why didn’t this get flagged up when I deposited and withdraw the week before that . They didn’t mention any thing when I was 20000 down on deposit s was only when I won they stopped it .

im pretty sure they can’t just keep my money it’s nothing fraudulent involved .

i don’t normally gamble to this level so 20000 is allot of money

I believe you, but that's probably what the bookmaker thinks and making a deposit with someone's else payment method goes against their T&C (be it cards, e-wallets, etc), like I said, try to approach them and explain why you used someone's else card, if you approach an ADR like the pogg to file a complaint it will get rejected and the decision is final, meaning the bookmaker won't look into the case anymore

file reading what they say in their terms and conditions they will accept a third party payment if they have agreed to it. I suppose you could argue that they accepted a number of deposits from the 3rd party your friend and that they should of flagged up by them before you won and submitted a withdrawal request. It's a long shot but you might have to void your winnings and at least get your deposits back

Thanks.

I will let you know the result I can’t speak to anybody until the review on my account is finished.

I think it means a third party processing the payment, not a third party payment method to deposit. T&C is often divided in categories (KYC, AML, withdrawals, deposits, user account, etc), check the deposits clause, I can guarantee there is an item prohibiting using someone's else payment method, I can't access the site, so I can't check it myself. He does have a defense: they accepted previous deposits, in case a refund is possible, they should refund not only the last deposit, but ALL deposits done with that method, but I'm not sure if that's possible

I'd like to add even if the casino made the mistake and paid you up the most recent money, you breached the most important rule in the first place. Do not try something like this again, please. If you asked the casino before the 3rd party deposit was made, it would have been better.

What's done it's done, let us know how the casino responded.

In the meantime, you may refresh some basic rules one should keep in mind while playing in the casino by visiting our free courses:

Created to educate future casino support workers, it still contains useful information for players.

Managed to get some information I just asked the process they are taking.

Funds will be held to cover any issues with cardholder ie 22000

The cardholder is contacting them to explain the situation.

I forgot to say the reason I used another card was visa had an issue. They can see 3 failed transaction from my card before using other card

I also have both parties bank statements showing bank transfer from my account to other account prior to each deposit so not at any point was I not using my funds.

If they are withholding money to fund a dispute there will not be 1 as had full Concent and was honestly unaware I was in the wrong and only continued the next day as withdrawal was paid and wasn't aware of any wrong doing.

You could be lucky playing at Betfred I tried them and the returns were awful. I'm happy at the.casino I play now 24hr withdrawals and the returns on the slot I play are fair. My problem is stopping when I'm ahead so many times I lost good profits by continuous playing but finally I'm learning

I won 71000 at ladbrokes last week just playing on 4 quid stake which Is why the larger amounts where deposited.

I learn my lesson 5 years ago I won 1.3 million NZ playing lighting roulette and lost every penny within 48 hours.
