Should you trust expert reviews in casino.guru?

Trust or not to trust? That is the question.

I was initially skeptical about casino orbiters-reviewers in total. I think pragmatically and realistically, first of all this is a business for orbiters also- of course you need monetization and partners. But there is one main point: this business depends entirely on trust... trust of ordinary consumers like me and many other players. You are like judges and at the same time as auditors and the basic goal - you should be fair and unbiased. But every day I am convinced that in the first place the for casino. guru is the desire to please the sponsor casinos. Friends, wake up! You are one of the leaders in industry. Based on the latest data I checked today, casino.guru in October had over 1.5 millions visitors and near 0.5 millions organic traffic.. Your near competitors I know casino.org / askgamblers have estimately 3.5 / 0.9 millions visitors and 6.4 / 1.5 millions monthly organic traffic. You are champions - these amounts (if they are correct) mean one thing: yet your 2 biggest competitors have more organic unique visits but most of visitors return to you more, so they do like exactly your website, this design and this atmosphere, and you have great chances to become absolute leader and have more than 5 million visits any month. BUT if Suspicions of your impartiality become common, everything will change very quickly. Sometimes is enough to have simple obvious case. Casinos should fear and respect you, THEY should try please you, not the othey way around.

Returning to auditor companies as a comparison. Arthur Andersen was the largest in "Big 5" over 9 billions income, until 2002, when it was found out that they are "too loyal" to one of their clients. The next year "Big 5" became "Big 4"... Why I opened this thread? Some "experts" reviews here make me lough, others cry) That partially concerns to "very high" safety indexes for some casinos that obviously are in partnership to casino.guru.

Sad, there is no any option to open a poll, but I wonder if how many of users casino.guru services trust the thing called "expert review" here?

PS. I remember, that a nice and smart moderator called me to be open-minded and trust casino.guru. I hope administration here also will be open-minded enough not delete this thread, but start a constructive discussion instead.

We surely have no intention in deleting any thread or post which is in order with our terms. That is for sure.

Thank you for your expertise, as I could call it, and for sharing your opinion here with all of us.

Everyone can read about how we review all the casinos here, and hopefully it'll help to understand our work better.

We always try to be as fair as possible, and our main intention is to help players if they are not treated well at online casinos. That is also why our complaint resolution center and therefore filing of complaints is absolutely free and always will be.

Of course everyone has their own opinion and experience from each casino and it is not always possible to agree with us.

Continue doing what you do best. Thank you again for your contribution.

"Casino Guru Reviews – Learn About Our Casino Review And Rating Process"

I have read it couple times. It makes me believe even more that your team, without any doubts, artificially inflates the rating of some casinos, because in the case of some specific casinos I cannot imagine such amateurism or crude, thoughtless work of a specialist who at least a little analyzed the data.

"Of course everyone has their own opinion". It's not just an opinion. This is a fact-based statement. I can prove it detail by detail and point by point. And I'll do that if you wish. Regarding couple examples.

You shouldn't advertise the sh*t as a candy. You should be aware that as a result of it people are misled and lose their money and time. This will undoubtedly have consequences for your reputation.

I see we have to discuss the very same topic in many threads to satisfy your desire for sensation.

Shall you instead of presenting your opinions and assumptions, follow your own words and " but start a constructive discussion instead."?

You know I understand you enjoy playing this part you picked up, but for us it's quite exhausting because you technically avoid saying something concrete, so we can not respond properly. Instead, we just have to correct what you have twisted.

So, I'll say that right into the point: if you keep posting these general accusations and opinions with the obvious goal of harassing us on our own forum, your posts will be deleted.

Later on, you may lose access to the forum, or alternatively, your account will be banned.

It is up to you to decide what you aim to do here. We will be waiting for your response.

Ok Radka.

Being banned will be sad, but I'll not cry too much about that. Besides, will I loose too much being banned from casino.guru? let's see what this website gives me as a gambler... Once I was mislead trusting your review. I registered in a website and lost money and time, because it turns out that it doesn't even come close to "very high" safety as you generously give them.

Then I receive a dubious "help", concerning the compliant against mentioned casino. Yes, I don't trust nor your casino reviews neither your complaint reviews. Only useful information I can get here - it's about clearly fraudulent websites that are reviewed under 2 . But in any case I will not lose access to this information. So I'll lose almost nothing in total. Oh, the worst part - I will not be able to chat with you.

What will casino.guru lose if it bans a user who expressed doubts about impartiality or lack of professionalism it's staff (without any rude expressions)?? In my opinion it's a red line for a resource that positions itself as unbiased and independent. I'm not one of those who are afraid to express their beliefs, and I don't plan to. So if you are convinced that in this case it is necessary to ban - go ahead.

Ok. You want me to be more specific. let's get specific. I believe it will be useful for you to be constructive and and start an honest discussion, without excessive self-confidence, without thouts like "anythyng we (I mean casino.guru staff) do, we do it perfectly, and there in no subject to discuss".

Let's start from couple questions just to to select a vector for further conversation, if you are interested, of course. I expect honest anwers, otherwise the discussion will reach a dead end.

1.Does casino.guru receive any donations, money or crypto transfers from the following casinos: bet365, roxcasino, and lemon.casino?

2. Does casino guru participate to any affiliate programs with bet365, roxcasino, and lemon.casino, and any other programs which give income to casino.guru from mentioned casinos or third parties.

3. casino.guru or anyone of it's management, staff or owner- anyone of mentioned persons are there anybody or casino.guru as organization in beneficiary or share holder or in key management in Orange Entertainment BV (lemon.casino operator)?

PS . Of course, there's nothing "bad" gaining profits from casino.guru's activities. On the contrary- more profits you have- better quality service you will provide. I wish casino.guru have double of it's income. I just want we together understand the roots of serious problems of your review system which I'm sure you don't realize yet.

I hope anybody from administration will join to give answers, because I doubt Radka couldn't have this information.

To be honest, the main reason this is the end is that you continue to generate ideas that are aggressively extrorted while disregarding the other points. Every time I offer feedback that covers every point you made, you revert to something erratic and typically generic.

Your reasoning caused this discussion to end early because it is clear that the goal of a logical, constructive debate is to demonstrate that someone is genuinely engaging in an action that can be verified and discussed. I do not really care what you come up with anymore, but do not expect any businesses to continue to justify activities they do not participate in just because you keep claiming they do. It is utterly nonsensical.

Even though you will, from now on, have no access to the Casino Guru Forum, I hope your future is filled with success. Despite you keep coming back and asking for help with your complaints.
