Hi, the night before last night I deposited €150 into the PRIBET casino. I chose not to receive a bonus. I hadn't yet uploaded the verification documents. I won €1,000, so I requested a withdrawal of €1,150. First, they had me verify my account on the site itself via KYC, where I uploaded a photo of my ID, my Postepay Evolution card, and an electricity bill, and performed facial recognition. Yesterday, they sent me an email asking for a screenshot of the bank page and a clearer photo of the bill. I sent both documents and was told they had received and reviewed them, but that to complete the transaction, I needed to send a photo of myself holding my ID (which I had already uploaded to the site). I sent it, and they replied today that the photo didn't meet the requirements as the numbers and letters were not visible. Of course, this is an absurd request, firstly because, as I wrote above, I had already uploaded a photo of the front and back of my ID to the website, and secondly because it's practically impossible to take a photo where you can clearly see both my face and the tiny numbers and letters on the card. Ho vinto 1000€, quindi fatto richiesta dí prelievo dí 1150€. Prima mi hanno fatto fare la verifica sul sito stesso tramite KYC, dove ho caricato la foto di carta di identità, della postepay evolution, di una bolletta della luce e fatto il riconoscimento facciale. Ieri mi hanno mandato una mail dove chiedevano lo screenshot della pagina della banca e una foto più chiara della bolletta. Ho inviato entrambi i documenti e mi è stato risposto che avevano ricevuto ed esaminato ma che per completare l’operazione dovevo mandare una foto di me che tengo in mano la carta di identità ( che avevo già caricato nel sito ). Gliela mando, e mi rispondono oggi che la foto non soddisfa i requisiti richiesti in quanto numeri e lettere non si vedono. Naturalmente è una richiesta assurda primo perché come scritto su gli avevo già caricato la foto fronte e retro del documento di identità nel sito, e secondo perché è praticamente impossibile fare una foto dove si vede bene sia la mia faccia sia numeri e lettere della carta che sono minuscoli. Non so come sono riuscito a farne una dov’è un po’ si vedono le scritte della carta. Ma temo sia un pretesto per prendere tempo o per non pagarmi. Potete aiutarmi?
