I requested a withdrawal of €1,500 (in three transactions of €500), but to date the funds are still "pending" and have never arrived in my account.

My balance is €0, but withdrawals aren't being processed, and I'm getting no clear response from customer support. Furthermore, the system indicates that the maximum number of withdrawal requests has been reached, but none of them have been completed.

Very negative experience: lack of transparency and payment deadlines not respected.

I advise caution before using this platform. If the situation isn't resolved soon, I will file a formal report.

Il saldo risulta 0€, ma i prelievi non vengono elaborati e non ricevo risposte chiare dall’assistenza clienti. Inoltre, il sistema indica che è stato raggiunto il numero massimo di richieste di ritiro, senza però completarne nessuna.

Esperienza molto negativa: poca trasparenza e tempi di pagamento non rispettati.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
