Granawin Casino - Die Auszahlung an den Spieler verzögert sich

Good morning.

After playing at the Granawin casino and being limited in the amount of money I could bet on each wager, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings and received this message accusing me of fraud. They provided no further details. I have not committed any fraud. I uploaded the photos they requested, along with numerous documents and various numbers, and my KYC verification, including my address, bills, etc., was always clear.

This is an illegal withholding of my funds, and I request your intervention with this casino. No violation has been committed, and support is not responding.

Tras jugar en el casino granawin y ser limitada en la cantidad de dinero que hacer a cada apuesta, solicito el retiro de mi dinero con mis ganancias y me envían este mensaje supuestamente cometiendo fraude. Sin detallar en ningún aspecto más. No he cometido ningún tipo de fraude. He subido las fotos que han pedido con mil papeles y mil números diferentes y en todo momento ha quedado claro mi KYC , con mi dirección, facturas etc etc.

Es una retención ilegal de mis fondos y solicito por favor intermedien con este casino. Puesto que no se ha cometido ninguna infracción y desde el soporte no contestan

I categorically deny the accusation that Granawin's representative just sent to your private email. Claiming that I submitted "false documents" is a blatant lie and a desperate last-minute attempt to justify not paying my legitimate earnings of €701.15.

As irrefutable proof of this operator's bad faith and contradictions, I am attaching a screenshot of my verification panel within their own platform.

As you can see, Granawin's own system has my identity documents, bank statements, and utility bills registered with the official status of "APPROVED." It is completely absurd and inconsistent for them to allege document fraud when their own KYC department formally validated and approved all my documentation in their database.

Furthermore, to demonstrate the complete veracity of my identity, I want to emphasize the extreme contradiction of your corporate group. Your sister brand, 20bet, verified the exact same identity, the same physical documents, and the same payment methods, proceeding with the withdrawal of my funds without raising a single objection regarding KYC. If my documents were false, your own group would not have validated them nor would you have paid me on your other platform.

Granawin approved my documents and only arbitrarily decided to confiscate my winnings as soon as I won and then limited my account. I urge you to disregard any biased or manipulated evidence they may have tried to send you via private email, as their own internal dashboard completely contradicts their version of events.

Niego categóricamente la acusación que el representante de Granawin acaba de enviar a su correo privado. Afirmar que he presentado "documentos falsos" es una burda mentira y un recurso desesperado de última hora para justificar el impago de mis ganancias legítimas de 701,15 €.

Como prueba irrefutable de la mala fe y las contradicciones de este operador, adjunto una captura de pantalla de mi panel de verificación dentro de su propia plataforma.

Como puede observar, el propio sistema de Granawin tiene registrados mis documentos de identidad, extractos y facturas de servicios con el estado oficial de "APROBADA". Es completamente absurdo e incoherente que aleguen un fraude documental cuando su propio departamento de KYC validó y aprobó formalmente toda mi documentación en su base de datos.

Además, para demostrar la total veracidad de mi identidad, quiero recalcar la extrema contradicción de su grupo empresarial,su marca hermana, 20bet, ha verificado exactamente la misma identidad, los mismos documentos físicos y los mismos métodos de pago, procediendo al retiro de mis fondos sin poner una sola objeción sobre el KYC. Si mis documentos fuesen falsos, su propio grupo no los habría validado ni me habría pagado en su otra plataforma.

Granawin aprobó mis documentos y solo decidió confiscar mis ganancias de forma arbitraria en cuanto gané y limitaron mi cuenta. Le ruego que ignore las pruebas sesgadas o manipuladas que hayan intentado enviarle por correo privado, ya que su propio panel interno desmiente por completo su versión.
