El día 03 nde el preente mes realicé una solicitud de retiro por un total de $1.293 USD. He cumplido con todos los requisitos de apuesta y términos del sitio. Sin embargo, el casino no ha procesado el pago y ha dejado de responder a mis intentos de contacto a través del chat en vivo y correo electrónico.

Mi nombre de usuario es rmohor. Adjunto las pruebas de mi saldo y la solicitud de retiro pendiente. Agradecería mucho su ayuda para que el casino cumpla con el pago de mis ganancias legítimas.
