Nel primo domeriggio del giorno 9/07/2026 mi e stato bloccato il conto di gioco di questo casinò senza alcun preavviso ne motivo.

Mi trovo attualmente impossibilitato ad accedervi ne per giocare ne per prelevare i miei fondi.

Vi chiedo cortesemente di fornirmi quanto prima una spiegazione dettagliata sulle ragioni della chiusura del mio conto ed eventualmente il rimborso dell importo contestato il quale corrisponde al saldo del mio conto prima che esso fosse bloccato. Resto in attesa di un vostro riscontro.
