BigClash Casino - Die Gewinnauszahlung an den Spieler verzögert sich.

I have been waiting since the 11th for the withdrawal of €600 requested at the BIGCLASH casino.

Every time I ask, they tell me there are delays due to the number of applications received. They tell me not to worry, that my funds are safe. I think they're safe in their accounts because they're keeping them.

They refuse to pay and are scamming me. Every time I manage to get a response in the chat, I ask them to send the conversation to my email, but they never do. I'm sure it's a scam, but I want to believe they'll pay me eventually.

cada vez que pregunto me dicen que tiene retrasos por la cantidad de solicitudes recibidas. Que no me preocupe que mis fondos están seguros, yo creo que están seguros en las cuentas de ellos xq se los están quedando.

no quieren pagar y me están estafando. Cada vez que logro escribir en el chat y me contestan, pido que me envíen la conversación al correo y no me la envían. Seguro que es una estafa pero quiero creer que me pagaran en algún momento

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
