I created a new account because of the big splash ad on the homepage saying you get 100% matching funds back that you deposit. I thought it would automatically be applied. I deposited funds and got a $20.00 bonus. Thinking the matching cash back was applied once you depleted the funds you deposited, I used what I deposited. Hmmm...no cash back was applied. I did an online chat and the gentleman was very nice, however not at all helpful. He offered to give me a code that I could use when I made another deposit. Yeah...no thanks. After I was done with the chat, I went back in to the site. The enticement page had no reference to a code you had to use, nor did it state you had to wager 15 times the amount you deposited. Lesson learned--read the fine print. There was no fine print on the splash page. After doing some searching (not an easy thing to find), I did find the promotion that had in very small letters a code plus the fact that you had to wager 15 times the amount you deposited to get the cash back. 15 times! I fell for the bait and switch. My advice? Don't be a dummy like me....read the fine print. And if you don't see it, look for it!
