Did my 1st deposit and managed to cash out 800 EUR via bank transfer (service provider: INPAY).

The withdrawal is in the status "PENDING" for more than 120 hours (5 full days!) now.
It's the same as in the review below mine from my fellow German. Casino Rocket falsely tells me that the payment has to be approved by MY (!) bank. Everyone who knows just a little bit about banking can tell you that this is a ridiculous statement used to stall payouts, even tiny ones of 800 EUR. Tells you a lot about this establishment.

I played at dozens of (Hollycorn N.V. / Dama N.V.) Casinos who also use INPAY as their payment provider. Payouts are always credited to my bank account within a couple of hours (!) during bank working days.

Casino Rocket stalls payouts for days and lies to you. AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST. They are not the same standard as the other very good Hollycorn N.V. casinos.

This casino is really the worst of the worst.

Fortunately I only deposited 35 EUR, because I didn't check the casinos reputation beforehand.

They are bad. I mean, really, really bad. My deposit was deducted from my bank account but never hit my casino account. I reached out to live chat who first promised to help. After one day, I asked them again. I was told, the payment was declined and I have to work out myself how to my deposit back.

But the best of it... They also banned my account. I am now out of 35 EUR which they blatantly stole and can't even login anymore. Its almost funny.

They are not trustworthy. Avoid AT ALL COST.

I played on Arlekin multiple times, made several deposits and also managed withdrawals.

Today I was playing with a 100% deposit bonus + deposit free spins.
Once the wagering was finished, my balance of slightly over 1.000€ was reduced to 50€.

They used a maximum win amount bonus term of 50 EUR against me despite I won while wagering deposit free spins (not no-deposit free spins). They do not state any withdrawal limit of deposit free spins in their bonus terms.

Maximum win restriction of 50 EUR from deposit free spins means that you cannot win anything higher directly of these free spins. You can still win more while wagering and you should be able to withdraw more than 50 EUR of course.

Stay away from this UNTRUSTWORTHY casino at all cost!

Played at this casino. All of a sudden, my balance malfunctioned. Instead of 230€ I had 106€ in my balance.

Live support acknowledged that THERE WAS SOMETHING wrong. Bet history clearly showed that there is something OBVIOUSLY very wrong.

Contacted live support and my personal VIP manager as well.
Neither was able to help. I waited more than 120h, more than 5 full days respectively, for a solution.

Not a single person was able to help or even willing to try. If you have a problem with this casino you are on your own.
No MGA licensing = no one to help you.
