Casino gurus is denying my complaint against stake casino for withholding me from withdrawing 45k of my balance for something to do with sports? No where does stake inform me this is because of a sports bet. in fact I was informed of specific articles in TOS for multi accounting instead...
After supplying stake with all KYC documents asked for I was immediately hit with a "bets investigation" but wont say what bet or any update has been over a month. very fishy
Provided casino gurus with all information. Instead of asking stake for the actual bet in question they just figured it was a sports book bet.

Also why would stake claim specific suspected TOS violations for multi accounting then immediately after their demands were met for clearance they went to a completely different issue in which they didn't have to supply a timeline or any information and know complaints couldn't really be made with the big review/complaint sites... very sketchy

also i posted 2 complaints one was not about sports book just simply trying to figure out what bet was in question and to seek return of funds. if they claim a sports bet then complaint could be voided

As far as I was informed, we have a reason not to believe the issue is bound to sports betting. Based on the screenshot I provided earlier, it seems like this is the case.

I have 11m wagered on stake maybe 100k of that is sports and cg is telling me pretty much my complaint is invalid on the grounds that i said i also sports bet on my account. With no representative from stake ever clarifying this is a sports book related issue. Atleast open the claim and when stake names the bet in question then reject it. Seems kinda shady of cg not to even publish post and show it rejected so other people can at-least do their research and have this information when deciding where to play..

The only option I'm given here is go to very unknown hard ui sites to leave complaints that don't get published. Hopefully CG can figure out sports books complaints as I'm sure a lot of complaints against these casinos are getting swept under the rug and millions being stolen while no big online casino review site will really moderate.

Your complaint was rejected because you have wagered "maybe 100K" in sports betting, but because, according to your own words "recently got into their sportsbook" and more importaintly "After 2 of my bets hit and settled my accuont was susspended"

Yes I will ask around to everyone else but here. thanks for help. Also after back and forth email with stakes sports book provider there are no sports book bets being investigated on my account. Have insider info that stake is blocking me for multi accounting like they suspected me in the first email i posted. Notes on account showing funds being retained..
Casino gurus wont uphold the complaint tho because i mentioned sports betting in the complaint and they implied that is the exact bets stake is investigating. very professional
Stake also wont reply to any of the complaints on any other valid casino review site so very obvious they are with holding funds. wish i could make complaint
