I have waited 48 hours for my withdrawal via PayPal. I haven't received any email from them that there was a problem with my withdrawal. I log onto my account only to find that my withdrawal has failed. I tried the online chat only to be cut off twice and also I have emailed twice with no reply. My account says that it is verified. I don't understand why they can't process the withdrawal.

Oh and thought I may add, even though my withdrawal has failed they haven't put the funds back into my account. So where are they ? The withdrawal was pending well it said review for 48 hours then I log on today and now it says failed.

Hi my funds were processed after 24hours not sure why they haven’t put the funds back onto your account but I found them quite reasonable to deal with if everything is fine with your account I imagine the funds will go back to your balance

I managed to speak to them via online chat. They said they could not tell me why my withdrawal failed and to wait for an email within 24 hours from them. So I don't think it's sounding too hopeful. I have read other reviews from trust pilot and a guy seemed to have been in same position as me when withdrawing via PayPal so we will see of they actually pay me

Ah gotcha - I go direct to bank transfer I imagine they rather that method also as it shows transparency with your transactions etc but if you haven’t done anything wrong and fully verified I can’t imagine them withholding it they seem quite reasonable any time I’ve had to talk to them
