Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I think because it is illegal there, if you contacted the merchants/casino they may refund you, that or I'd doubt they'd go against the charge back..

Have you tried contacting the merchants/casinos first? Them knowing it is illegal for them to he offering online casinos in the US .. they may refund you the money!

If your bank has already raised them, I'd just ride that wave...

Have a read .. I think you'll be fine. I just wouldn't be doing anymore online gambling as it is illegal where you are!
